The Stress

Wow.. The pressure I am feeling already Kimmie! Two - three post day... wow =)
But seriously the stress is starting to build, work is busy, my to-do list is getting longer.. and the time, well its getting shorter.
I need to focus one day at a time, i will start with tomorrow. P-A-R-T-Y!!! We are getting together with some very dear friends of our to bring in the new year, as we have done for the last 3/4 years now. I am making a sea food dip and also bringing stuffed mushrooms ( made by Braden) there will be food, drinks, laughter, and friendship. What more do you need to start a year off right? We are blessed enough to all have sitters for the night and some even for over night. Later on Thursday my mom's side is getting together for a little family time. This side is so close, it will be great. I am excited as hot cards will be included in the day.
As soon as the new year is here it is pack, pack and more packing! But oh i can not wait.. 9 days everyone....
have a safe and happy new year!

Happy Holidays-- ugh!

Ok so i never thought i would really be ready for Christmas to be over.. Maybe i should have named this one Bah Humbug! We had our 5th Christmas yesterday and boy was i ready for it to be done! I got up yesterday morning and took down the tree.. put all my "christmasy" stuff away left the snowmen out. I am ALWAYS the one fighting to keep the tree up until at least the middle of January. What happened to me?
I think knowing how busy the next two weeks are going to be has made a difference in my spirit. O did i mention.. 11 days and we leave for Mexico! Yes.. this might have something to do with it. Bags to pack, dogs to send off to a kennel, kids to getting to Nana's and Papa's house.. OH.. i am tired thinking about it.
But still can't wait!
